He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Willis and Elsie Willis (Huffman); his wife Ruth Willis; and his siblings, Clyde, Sidney Willis and Glen Dell Mateer.
He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Simpleman (Ron) of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Amanda Kempker (Mike) of Ft. Wayne Indiana, Christy Miller (Keith) of Kearney Missouri, Adam Ashby (Spencer) of Kearney and Matt Ashby (Stacey) of Holt, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Leah, Zyaire Kempker, Karsen, Kenzi Miller, Kannon, Dawson Ashby, Malarie and Kandon Sheley.
