He is survived by: his spouse Frances Evelyn Roberts; his children, Kenny Lewis of Jefferson City, Kelly Lewis of Jefferson City and Donna Jensen (David) of Kansas City, Missouri; his aunt Grace Crispin of Overland Park, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Misty, Nikki, Courtney, Kara, Jordan, Molly, Nakia, Johnny, Mikala, Amber, Phillip, Ashley and Tayler.
