She is survived by: her husband Jerry Hazen; her daughters, Angela Hermanson (Troy) of Cameron and Nicole Miller (Eric) of Hale, Missouri; her sister Lana Shafer (Randy) of Blue Springs, Missouri; her siblings-in-law, Diane Young (Bob) of Des Moines, Peggy Hills (Carol) of Greentop, Missouri, Paul Hazen (Susan) of Kirksville, Missouri, Craig Hazen (Becky) of Kirksville, Missouri and Bill Hazen (Nancy) of Kirksville, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Tanner Hermanson, Tucker Hermanson, Emily, Calley and Brady Miller.
