It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Lee Thoeni of Carrollton, Missouri, who passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Malicoat and Katherine Malicoat (Borchert); her husband Vernon D. Thoeni of Carrollton; and her brothers, Owen and James Malicoat.
She is survived by: her children, Vernon Dale Thoeni, Jr. (Emma) of Manaoag Pangasinan, Luzon and Debbie Cook (Steve) of Oak Grove; her grandchildren, Matthew Thoeni (Beth), Joshua Cook (Andrea), Jenna Cook, Bailey Johnson (Frank) and Emma Thoeni; her siblings, John Malicoat (Becky) of Blue Springs, Rick Malicoat (Jan) of Exeter and Jeannie Mueller of Liberty; and her pet Mikey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Norborne Trinity Lutheran Church.
