She was predeceased by: her parents, John D Tremayne and Catherine Tremayne (O'Connor); and her siblings, Mary Ann Mook, John Gerald Tremayne and Robert Tremayne.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Dean Kappler; her children, Stassi Exendine (Scott), Nicole Weishaupt (Kory), Heather Plotz (Chaddwick) and Gary Kappler, Jr.; her siblings, Neil Tremayne (Janice) and Kathleen Klaasmeyer (Chuck); and her grandchildren, Sophia, Shianna, Blake, Steahle, Shalon, Kellan, Kallahan, Evelyn, Liam, Finn and Maximilian.
Pallbearers will be Scott Exendine, Kory Weishaupt, Dale Klaasmeyer, Brock Tremayne, Wesley Tremayne and Roger Tremayne To honor Pam, we kindly ask for donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
