It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Orval Chesley Richards Jr. of Carrollton, Missouri, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on August 4, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Richards and Mildred Edna Richards (Hersh); his children, Rachelle Womack (Shelly), Raymond Orval Richards and Ronald Joe Richards; his grandchild Cori Richards; and his brother-in-law Ernest Robertson.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Richards; his children, Robert Dean Richards (Kelly) of Greenback, Donnie Edward Richards (Mary Kay) of Hale, Douglas Eugene Richards of Madisonville, Rebecca Lynn Hensley (Rickie) of Marshall, Billy Lee Richards (Tera) of Maryville, Lora Kay Brockman (Tim) of Carrollton, Thomas Dale Richards (Kristie) of Carrollton and Tammy Sue Crawford (Robert) of Carrollton, Missouri; his stepdaughter Pam Robertson (Randy) of Stillwell, Kansas; and his sisters, Myrtle Auxier (Lowell) of Kansas City and Florene Robertson of Belton, Missouri.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; one step-grandson; and one step-great grandson.
