He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Leroy Stice, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Sheril Jean Stice (Hamblen) of Carrollton, Missouri; his wife Michelle Lea Stice of Bosworth, Missouri; his children, Garin Dean Stice of Bosworth, Missouri and Emily Stice of North Carolina; his brother Wayne Stice of Warsaw, Missouri; his stepsons, Cody Spease of Chillicothe and Jason Spease of Bosworth, Missouri; and his sisters, Betty Markiewicz of Kirksville, Jody Jefferson of Carrollton and Teresa Stice of Bogard, Missouri. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
