She was predeceased by: her siblings, Lois and Howard; and her grandsons, Jimmy Gonzales and Anthony Westbrook. She is survived by: her husband James Edward Hawkes, Jr.; her children, Daniel James Lester (Chris) of California City, Anna Ray Pranke (Wonzo) of Wright City, Fonda Marie Arnold of Carrolton, Howard Dawain Hawkes (Denise) of Texas and Francine Marlene Pittard of Carrolton; her sister Francine Jackson of Texas; and her grandchildren, Eddie Arnold, Leiloni Arnold, Abigail Arnold, Trevor Marques, Leo Marques, Kaila Pittard, Cheyanna Pittard, Lawrence Wiggins III, Jamaica Lester, Amber Westbrook, Michele Gonzales, Jason Westbrook, Crystalei Hawkes, Bailey Hawkes and James Hawkes. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
