She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Hoy and Gertrude Hoy (Smith); her husband Chester W. Scott; her siblings, Austin Hoy and Alice Hoy; and her half-siblings, Edith, Eden Harrod and Olen Hoy.

She is survived by: her former husband Carl Fisher; her children, Linda Rucker (Robert) of Kansas City and Gary Scott (Glenda) of Carrollton, Missouri; her granddaughters, Amy Rucker, Stacie Horrell (Rick), Erica Hart (Jeremy) and April Miller (Steven); her great grandchildren, Cody Williams, Colton Williams (Lyndsi), Jocilyn Williams, Alexis Swon, Justus Hart, Faith Miller, Mason Miller, Raygun Miller, Grace Miller, Grace Horrell and Madaline Horrell; her great great grandchild Asher Ray Williams; and also Chester W. Scott.
