He was predeceased by: his parents, John Samuel and Sylvia Bell (Mann); and his siblings, Paul Bell, Jackie Bell, Sam Bell, Janet Summers, Betty Watts and Shirley Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Larry Shane Bell, Anita Grant of Hale, Shannon Dean Bell (Candice) of Bogard, Stacey Bell of Norborne and Mary Caitlin Bell (Kolton Friesner); his siblings, Pat Hogan of Carrollton, Missouri and Gary Bell of Marshall, Missouri; his grandchildren, Trevor Bell, Taylor Milligan, Melisa Constant (Charles) and Owen Bell; and his great grandchild Elijah Constant.
