He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence E. Kruse; his stepfather Roger Horine; and his stepbrother Brad Horine. He is survived by: his mother Norma A. Horine (Luhman) of Carrollton; his wife Patti J. Spray (Tucker) of Norborne; his sisters, Sheryl Kruse of Carrollton, Sandra Famuliner (Jim) of Carrollton and Rhonda McCoy (Mike) of Wooldridge; his stepsiblings, Debra Mason (Gerald) of Stet, Sandra Daniels of Tulsa, OK, Randy Horine (Janet) of Norborne and Dennis Horine of Lynn Creek; and his stepdaughters, Danielle Pruitt (Mike) of Trenton and Rebecca Appelbaum (Andrew) of St. Louis. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; 7 nieces and nephews; and 4 step-nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church in Norborne.
