He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Leslie and Velvia Grace Bowlen (Narramore); his daughters, Shirley Ann Bowlen and Charlotte Ann Harris (Bowlen); his son-in-law Clark Phillips (Corkey); his siblings, Mildred Irene Fancy (Bowlen), Wilma Jane Boehmer (Bowlen) and Ralph Lee Bowlen; and his grandson William Palmer Phillips (Bill).
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Ann Bowlen (DeMint); his children, Doris Phillips of Las Vegas, Deloris Sprock (Frank) of Trenton, Illinois and Kenneth William Bowlen, Jr. (Carmen) of Carrollton, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Roxanne Cook (Cameron) of Bozeman, Robert Scott Phillips of Las Vegas, Geoffrey Sprock (Laura) of Trenton, Jessica Kate Eversgerd (Chris) of Trenton, Andrew Thomas Bowlen (Amanda) of Carrollton, Tyler Matthew Bowlen of Chillicothe, Carmelle Harris of St. Louis, Chanelle Harris of St. Louis and Jeremi Olvera. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
