He is survived by: his former wife Nadine Hickman; his wife Donna Cain; his daughter Cynthia Brookshire (Don) of Missouri; his stepchildren, Janice Machovina (Richard) of Georgia, Mike Merrell (Debbie) of Ohio and Jay Merrell (Jill) of Ohio; his grandsons, Levi Brookshire (Serrena Smith) of Missouri and Garrett Brookshire (Tatum Jones) of Missouri; his stepgrandchildren, Danielle Ridgeway (Jeremy) of Ohio, Amber Bellomy (Kyle) of Ohio and Tyler Machovina of Georgia; his great grandchildren, Elijah Brookshire and Aliyah Brookshire; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Logan and Morgan; and his grandfather Ken.
