He was predeceased by: his mothers, Ola McNelly and Frances McNelly. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Hilker; his daughters, Connie Griffith of Kansas City and Joyce Helm (Dennis) of Bates City, Missouri; his stepdaughters, Tina Kaltenberger (Eric) of Severance and Paula Winemiller (Paul) of Youngtown, Arizona; his siblings, Donald McNelly (Kathy) of Edwards, Missouri and Lois Paul of Stet, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Bost of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also survived by five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
