She is survived by: her husband Jim Carter; her children, Waylon Leroy Jennings of Carrollton, Missouri and Maggie Suzanne Riddle of Kansas City, Missouri; her siblings, Rusty Bear Riddle of Chillicothe, Missouri, Teresa Neal of Ludlow, Missouri and Lisa Barron of Ludlow, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Glendon James Jennings, Luke Sitta and Ramaeya Riddle. She is also survived by numerous nieces; nephews; great-nieces; great-nephews; and cousins.
