She is survived by: her children, Jacquelyn Sue (Harold Germann) and Jay Dee (Twyla Shirley); her brothers, John (Kris Hoffman) and Lawson; her sister-in-law Bonnie Amery; her grandchildren, Caleb (Crystal Slivinski), Cody Slivinski, Joey Slivinski, Jacob (Alison Shirley), Michael Shirley, Cassie (Zach Snyder) and Brandon; and her great grandchildren, Raeleigh Slivinski, Wesley Slivinski, Brynlee Slivinski, Hadley Slivinski, Paityn Shirley, Mason Shirley, Avery Shirley, Emmalee Jefferson, Brooklyn Snyder and Emery Snyder. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and God children.
