He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy J. Neitzert and Elsie Mae Neitzert (Cornine); his brother David Lee Neitzert; and his former wife Tina Neitzert. He is survived by: his former wife Tina Marie Stomboly; his children, John Raymond Neitzert, Jr. (Teah) of Eldon, Laura Diane Anthony of Oak Grove, Crystal Marie Hedges (Steven Stewart) of Carrollton and Nicole Amber Neitzert (Sean Hamblen) of Carrollton, Missouri; his sister Connie Hutchison (John) of Grain Valley, Missouri; his grandchildren, Michael Neitzert, Tyler Neitzert, Austin Neitzert, Cody Neitzert, Christopher Snyder, Kathrine Snyder, Jazmyn Kirk, Wyatt Kirk, Pyper Richardson, Jacob Ontiveros, Jackson Ontiveros, Landen Neitzert and Christian Hamblen; his former wife Phyllis Harvey; and also Phyllis J. Harvey. He is also survived by several aunts; uncles; and cousins.
