He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Smith and Evelyn Smith; his wife Lola Mae Smith; and his grandson Dylan Smith. He is survived by: his children, Carol Renae Millard (David) of Flemington, Missouri, Jeffery "Bubby" Lee Smith, Jr. (Stephanie) of Carrollton and Donnie Lee Smith of Carrollton; his stepchildren, J. D. Riechers of Moberly, Alvin "Snapper" Freeman (Catherine) of Wichita and Bill Freeman (Kayla) of Kearney, Missouri; his sisters, Pamela Miller (Jim) of Carrollton and Janet Sanders (Randy) of Norborne, Missouri; his grandchildren, Cierra Yeomans (Cameron) of Hale, Savannaha Smith of Hale, Kenden Harper of Camdenton, Maddox Smith of Carrollton and Braelyn Rinehart of Carrollton; and his great grandchildren, Lane Smith and Jason Yeomans. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
