He is survived by: his former wife Eloise Enos; his significant other Pamela Myers; his children, Maile Barrett (Jim) of Smithsburg, MD, Melissa Snee (Chuck) of Reisterstown, MD, Lisa Krajick (Jim) of Westminster, MD, Jamie Winfrey (Michele) of Kaunakakai, HI, Christopher Winfrey (Judy) of Waynesboro, PA and Tanya Goodman (Emery) of Woodlawn, TN; his sister Venita Baxter of Norborne, MO; his children-in-law, Tina Winfrey and Daniel Summer; and his grandchildren, Christy Amoss, Lucas Amoss, Kenneth Batson, Jr., Ashley Barrett, Kevin Fischer, Katelyn Fischer, Kelli Fischer, Christopher Magee, Thomas Murray, Virginia Murray, James Winfrey III, Rachel Winfrey, Joshua Jacobo, Courtney Winfrey, Victoria Winfrey and Nichole Palacio. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
