He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Baker and Elva Baker (Jones); his wife Marcella Evans; his daughter Lincy Dawn Baker; his brother Donald; his sister-in-law Eva-Lee Baker; and his sister Lois Anne Welchon.

He is survived by: his daughters, Marci Moritz (Lee) of Tina, MO and Lynnette Ritter (Kevin) of Chesapeake, VA; his grandchildren, Lacy Bowling (Dustin) of Chillicothe, MO, Lucas Moritz of Tina, MO, Maisie Baldwin (Ryan) of Suffolk, VA and Kindsey Ritter of Chesapeake, VA; his great grandchildren, Miley Bowling, Emry Bowling and Caleb Baldwin; and his sister Alice Sue Lee (Keith) of Chillicothe, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of extended family.

The family requests that donations be made to the Tina-Avalon FFA chapter or The United Church of Tina.
