It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman W. Peters Jr. of Carrollton, Missouri, born in Marshall, Missouri, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman William Peters, Sr. and Virginia White Peters; and his granddaughter Hannah Peters. He is survived by: his spouse Marsella Trantham; his sons, H. Mark Peters (Gail) of Leawood, KS, Byron Peters (Cheryl) of Waverly, MO and Lyle Peters (Lori) of Scottsdale, AZ; his grandchildren, Nathan Peters (Laura), Dr. Eric Peters (Kamala, MD), Dr. Charlie Peters (Beth), Sarah Peters, Dana Phillips (Stetson), Nolan Peters (Sarah) and Shannon Peters; his great grandchildren, Mirabel Peters, Coralie Peters, Aurelia Peters, Elliot Peters, Charlie Peters, Natalie Peters and Brett Phillips; and his brother Jack Peters (Darlene) of Waverly, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
