We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Georgeanne Cooksey of Carrollton, Missouri, born in Marshall, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hawkins and Frances Hawkins; and her husband Stanley Cooksey. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Zumalt (Albert) of Waverly and Michelle Coats (Greg) of Cameron; her grandchildren, Chase Zumalt of Carrollton, Mikiah Davis (Kylor) of Waverly and Bret Davis of Cameron; her great grandchild Denley Davis of Carrollton; and her siblings, Carolyn Sprowls of Mexico, Mary St (Frank), Sandy Alieksaites (Jim) of Ulman, Jim Hawkins (Mary Jane) of Kansas City and John Hawkins (Lynn) of Osage Beach. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial to the Carrollton Teachers Association (CTA) Scholarship Fund has been suggested.
