He was predeceased by: his parents, Della Marie Halterman (Heitman) and Farris Halterman; and his sister Nancy Lee Worley. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Ella McClung (Albert) of Kansas City, Dorothy Faye Smutzer (Gary) of Iowa and Margie Ann Thomas of Carrollton, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
