She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Ernest and Pauline Rose Pelican (Radefeld); her husband Ronald C. Bland; her son Christopher Michael Frakes; and her siblings, Jesse, Harold Eugene Pelican and Peggy Ann Wessel.
She is survived by: her children, Chad Frakes and Traci Wheeler of Carrollton, Missouri; her siblings, Mike Pelican (Virginia) of Bogard, Missouri, Rosemary Ann Frakes of Carrollton, Shirley Jean Harmon (Donald) of Carrollton and Justine Courtney (Carl) of Fremont, Nebraska; and her grandchildren, Corey McClanahan, Colton Jacobs, Cameron Wheeler, Chase Wheeler, Caige Wheeler, Chrissy Wheeler, Jasmine Bennett, Brittany Cartee and Jarvis Frakes. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and many nieces, and nephews.
