He was predeceased by: his daughter Sheri Harper Champlin; and his sister JoAnn Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughter Joelle; his grandsons, Forrest and Ansel Champlin; and his brother Jerry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
