She is survived by: her husband Albert Lee Schlapia; her children, Janis Mizelle of Carrollton, Phyllis Swearingin (Charles) of Carrollton, Florence Wilson of Marshall, Missouri and Daniel Schlapia of Ocean Park, Washington; her stepdaughter Sharon Schlapia of Edina, Missouri; her siblings, Glenda Gish and Gerald Brock (Mary Ann) of Arvada, Colorado; her grandchildren, Brian Mizelle, Christina Anderson, Patrick Wilson, Curtis Swearingin, Audrey Willis and Antonio Schlapia; and her great grandchildren, Danyal Smith, Cierra Reid, Adrianna Cooper, Addimay Cooper, Preslee Swearingin, Levi Wilson and Josie Wilson.
