He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Millard and Stella J. Millard (Tyler); his son Michael Lee Millard (Monica); and his grandson Dylan Michael Smith. He is survived by: his wife Della Ray Standley; his children, David Millard (Carol), Todd Blakeley, Charles Blakeley, Randy Blakeley (Michelle), Doug Hall, Jeff Hall and Danielle White; his brother Kenny Millard; and his grandchildren, Angel, Jordan, Amber, Julie, Jessica, Shawn, Matt, Adam, Andrew, Brandon, Dustin, Tiffany, Cassie, Garett, Lee Ann, Savannaha, Cierra, Breanna, Brittany, Lexi and Tayler. He is also survived by twenty-six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
