Claude Burkhart Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claude Burkhart of Carrollton, Missouri, who passed away on November 12, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Violet Burkhart and Brockert; his siblings, George Burkhart, Betty Zumbrunner, Alice Adams, Dortha Tonnar, Oleta Burkhart, Lillian Burkhart, Juanita Burkhart and Thelma Burkhart; his son-in-law Kenny McDowell; and his grandsons, Nathan Lane Burkhart and Aaron Lane McDowell.
He is survived by: his children, Curtis Raine, Robyn Melte (Eddie) of Wheeling, Ronda McDowell of Columbia, Tijauna Wilsie (Jason) of Alma and Krystal Miller of Carrollton, Missouri; and his stepdaughters, Rainey Moore (Shawn) of Hannibal and Lacey Riley (Donnie) of Hannibal. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; thirty-two great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bittiker Funeral Home (1201 US-65, Carrollton, MO 64633). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
