It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Irene Phillips (Carrollton, Missouri), who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Richard P. Phillips; her siblings, Linda M. Jackson and Roland Hess (Jara); her stepchildren, Tammy Bopp (Kyle), Mike Phillips (Holly) and Stephen Phillips (Zoe Wheeler); her grandchildren, Kaylee Siegfried (Jimmy), Savannah Bopp (Alec), Alivia Bopp, Lydia Phillips, Ethan Phillips and Lauren Phillips; her nephews, Dr. Adam Jackson (Angela), Dr. Shane Jackson (Brandi Jackson) and Harrison Hess; her granddaughter Amy Phillips; her great-nephews, Ian Jackson, Eli Jackson, Will Jackson and Nate Jackson; and her great-niece Mads Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Phillips Family Scholarship at the University of Central Missouri Foundation, Smiser Building, Warrensburg, Missouri, or University of Kansas Cancer Care.
