He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Horn and Vivian C. Horn (Barger); his wife Claudia Marie Smith; and his siblings, Donna Armstrong (JB) and William "Mickey" Horn (Pat).
He is survived by: his children, Charles, Cassandra Horn of Richmond and Michael Horn (Ginger) of Chillicothe; his siblings, Sharon Whitcomb (George) of Lawson, Dorothy Milligan (Calvin) of Braymer and Artie Horn (Connie) of Kearney; and his grandchildren, Chrissy, Vanessa, Ivy, Aidan and Tomas. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Children's Mercy Hospital in care of the funeral home.
