He is survived by: his wife Norma Costley (Kirby); his son David (Tracy) of Carl Junction; his grandchildren, Taylor (Patrick Lippitt) of Tulsa, OK and Justin (Caroline Truong) of Denver, CO; and his sisters, Earline Carnes of Stafford, KS and Sue Fredrickson of Webb City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends.
