It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Johns (Carl Junction, Missouri), born in Parma, Michigan, who passed away on January 24, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Johns and Phyllis Ruperd (Perry); his stepfather George Ruperd; and his siblings, W. J. Johns and Carol Johns.
He is survived by: his spouse Vida Sanders; and his daughters, Sharon Neale (Carl) of Carl Junction, Susan Johns of Webb City, Shirley Wehmeyer (Dave) of Carl Junction and Sandra Richardson (Mike) of Stilwell. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Children's Mercy Hospital or to the American Heart Association in care of the mortuary.
