He is survived by: his wife Mary Forbis of Carl Junction; his sons, Greg Forbis (Robin) of Rogers, AR and Andy Forbis (Susie) of Holly Springs, NC; his siblings, Terry Forbis of Albany, MO and Anita Willits of St. Joseph, MO; and his grandchildren, Taylor Forbis Mills (Jon), Kelly Forbis, John Forbis, Carter Forbis and Katie Forbis.
