He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Thomas (Steve) of Carl Junction; his significant other Peggy Pendleton of Carl Junction; his siblings, Reno Zaccardelli (Sally) of Cleveland, OH, Ilene Hoyt of California, Dennis Zaccardelli (Kathryn) of California and Gloria Christopher of California; his sister-in-law Ann Zaccardelli of California; and his grandchildren, Steve Thomas (Marcy) of Carl Junction, Kennedy McClary (Brett) of Webb City and Gage Thomas of Carl Junction. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made to the American Heart Association or St Luke's Heart Institute.
