It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Ray Couk (Carl Junction, Missouri), born in Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on March 5, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Zach Couk (Heather) and Abby Phelps (Michael); his grandchildren, Laney and Nolan Couk; and his sisters, Jan Conde and Debbie Butcher. He is also survived by his many friends and family.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be given to the Joplin Humane Society.
