He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Bushnell (Vinardi) and George Edward Bushnell; his wife Louise Kinkelaar; and his son Michael Paul. He is survived by: his children, Patrick (Tonja), Michelle (Randy), Mitch (Pam), Christina (Ron) and Renee (Mike). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, cousins.
In memory of Mike, contributions are requested to Joplin Humane Society or Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Webb City, Missouri and may be sent in care of the mortuary.
