He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Marie (Shellenbarger) and Thurman Riggs; and his siblings, Pamela Wood, Rebecca Lease and Timothy Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalee Wood of Carl Junction; his son Bryan Wood of Montana; his grandchildren, Doug Thornton (Daylene) of Oologah, OK, Kevin Thornton (Devon) of Carl Junction and Amy Carpenter (Brian) of Afton, OK; and his siblings, Rusty Riggs (Cheryl) of Sedalia, CO, Willie Wood, Dickie Wood, Jack Wood of Kansas, Steven Wood, Patricia Heacock, Gail Shumay and Dixie Garner. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a little dog.
