She was predeceased by: her husband Oliver Kenneth Van Winkle; her parents, Trula Mouser (Rea) and Clarence Wesley Mouser; her daughter Glenda Sue Van Winkle; her sister Delores Van Winkle; and her children-in-law, Judy Van Winkle and Terry D. Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Van Winkle (Debbie) of Carl Junction, MO, Michael Ray Van Winkle of East Alton, Barbara K. Wright of Denton, TX, Kimberly Ann Stewart (Brent) of Pontoon Beach and Kathy Jo Tillerson (Steve) of Smyrna, GA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
