He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Foulks (Bourke) of Carl Junction; his sons, Lawrence Edward "Eddie" Foulks (Rhonda) of Carl Junction and Terry Eugene Foulks of Mount Vernon, Missouri; his grandchildren, Terry E. Foulks, II of Webb City, Melinda Ann Doyle (Shawn) of Jasper, Jason Foulks (Jill) of Webb City, Lawrence Edward "Ed" Foulks, II (Stacy) of Warrensburg, Brandi Jo Boulware (Chad) of Webb City, Shawn Foulks (Tina) of Watauga, Justin Foulks of Watauga and Tyler Foulks (Erin) of Watauga; and his pet Rowdy. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
