She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gustin and Wanda Gustin (Baker); her sister Beverly Collins; her brothers-in-law, Jack Collins, Terry Whisenand and Charles Wildberger; and her former husband James Flowers.
She is survived by: her husband Michael "Dane" Talbert; her children, Dawn Polley (Tory), Ricky Cowan, Glenn Stanley (Stacy) and Sara Cowan (Steve); her siblings, Rita Whisenand, Linda Wildberger, Fred and Charles Gustin; and her grandchildren, Jaden, Addison, Amaya, Tailor, Jake, Makennah, Aurora, Glenn and August. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
