He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Noel and Dorothy Joan "Jo" Noel (Young); and his brother Randy Noel. He is survived by: his siblings, Stan Noel of Carl Junction and Diana McCormack of Joplin; and his nieces and nephews, Ron Clements of Joplin, Matt Clements of Tulsa, Nathan Noel of Houston, Alissa Noel of Fayetteville, Jeremy Noel of Joplin and Angela Noel of Joplin. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
