He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Howard; and his daughter Connie Bell Wiseman. He is survived by: his brother James Howard; his stepsister Florence Christian; and his children, Connie Wayne Howard (Donna), Billy Wayne Howard (Becky), Marilyn Emberton of Clinton, Linda McGrew of Rector, Joyce Biley of Hornersville, Peggy Howard of Cardwell and Diane Powers of Michigan. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 20 great-great grandchildren.
