He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miner and Frances Williamson Miner; and his siblings, Larry Miner (Jimmy Ruth Miner), Pat Miner, Doris Miner (Jerry Cowgill) and Martha Miner.

He is survived by: his brothers, Kenny Foresythe (Charla) of Mountain Grove, MO, Bub Foresythe (Terri) of Paragould, AR and Gary Foresythe of Las Vegas, NV.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
