She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Loftin; her daughters, Teresa Wood and Roseann; and her granddaughters, Melissa Meeker and Emily McDonald.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff and Joe Loftin (Sunny) of Cardwell; her grandson Daniel (Katie); her great grandchildren, Jett and Henry of Jonesboro; her children, Sarah Bolt (Jacob), Wade and Jack of Fayetteville; her granddaughter Julie Hughes (Randall) of Round Rock; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Wesley, Meredith and Max Meeker of Spring Hill.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks any donations be made to the Children's Home of Paragould in Juanita Loftin's name.
