He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Brannum and Ellen Chilton Brannum; his wife Janice Kay Cross; and his son Joe Mack Brannum, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Travis Brannum (Christian). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, other relatives and many friends.
