She was predeceased by: her parent Louie Cupp; her brother Doyen Cupp; her daughter Melba Smith; and her grandchildren, David Lee Mize and Katelyn Michelle Mitchell.
She is survived by: her parent Vernie Williams Cupp; and her children, Virginia Johnson, Melitta Mitchell Risner, Norma Reppy, Becky Cross, Henry Lavonne Mize, Harold Wayne Mize, James Albert Mize and Betty Trowbridge.
