It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Foster of Cardwell, Missouri, who passed away on November 8, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell Franklin White and Hazel Sisk White of Cardwell, MO; her husband William T. Waddell; and her grandson Bradley Lee Waddell. She is survived by: her children, Troy Waddell, Jr. (Pam) of Senath, MO, Gary Waddell of Cardwell, MO., Carolyn Lancaster (Bill) of Cardwell, MO, Debbie Tijerina (Luis) of Raymondville, TX, Brenda Morales (Roy) of Cardwell, MO and Shirley Waddell of Kerman, CA.; and her sister Bethel Roberts of Paragould, AR. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
