He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlender Bishop and Vivion Bishop; and his brother Danny Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Laura Ann Bishop; his children, Tim McClish (Shelia), David R. Bishop, Jr. (Sharon), Joseph Wayne Bishop, Jason Bishop (Teresa), John Crawford, Lisa Hopper (Billy) and Jeana Crawford; his siblings, Jerry Mac Bishop, Sr., Harry Bishop (Sharon), Barbara June Detring and Shirley Rose Goode (Clemuel); and his grandchildren, Evan, Connor, Jackson, Brandon, Jessica, Corey, April, Sam, Rebecca, Blake, Lacey, Sara, Ashley, Amy, Richard and Alicia. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
