She is survived by: her sons, John Abernathy (Toni) of Cape Girardeau and Brett Abernathy (Jenny) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; her sister Sandra Jean Mueller Metzger of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; her granddaughter Lilly Gale Abernathy; and her stepgrandchildren, Kacie Livesay (Ryan), Makenzie Oliver (Jamel), Lukas Sadler and Jackson Sadler.
