Windell is survived by: children, Russell Campbell, Teresa Tonella of Lemoore, CA. and Tanya Hinds of Lemoore, CA.; grandchildren, Bailey, Kaylee and Austin Hinds; and sisters, Katheryn Kelly (Tom), Diane Griffith (Bill) and Joyce Cataneo (Edward).
